Official Guild
Rules/Guidelines
1.) The
2.) Participation in guild raids is "strongly encouraged". However, at
this time it is not mandatory to attend every raid that occurs when you are
online. Additionally, guild members must attend a minimum of 2 raids per month.
Please try to make it to as many raids as you can as they are for you and the
guilds progression deeper into the game.
3.)
4.) Non-Dkp Raids will occur and can be lead by anyone in the guild on non-raid
(XP) nights. If you are leading a "Guild Raid" please state in
advance what style of looting you will use. Whatever style is used must be fair
and in keeping with ideals put forth by The Black Tower (honor, fairness,
unselfishness, and need before greed). If you are raiding a zone that requires
attendees to be a specific Level Minimum, please ensure this information is
relayed in advance. This will eliminate people showing up that can’t go.
5.) Any person who has attained full membership and departed for any reason
shall be required to follow all the guidelines posted in the “Guild Recruitment
Hall” including any new level/AA requirements and make a post requesting to
join us and to include the reason you left. You may only leave BT once before
said departure will become permanent and require a full officer vote to get
back in.
7.) While we encourage role-playing, we do not allow the use of the /anon
function of EQ. You may use the /Role function to hide your class/level but you
must never use the /Anon function. This way all that come in contact with you
can see that you are a member of this guild. It is my personal belief that if
you are using Anonymous to hide your guild tag, you are probably doing
something we wouldn’t approve of, so don’t do it.
8.) Grouping with guild-mates is highly encouraged, as well as grouping with
other guilds and un-guilded persons. This serves to promote the guild and helps
build relations with other guilds that may be beneficial to members of the
involved guilds and the Tunare Server as a whole.
9.) It is our desire that you attempt to get your
“Main Character” to level 75 in the shortest amount of time you
can, without sacrificing the fun of the game. Officers stand ready to assist
you with questions of where to hunt to maximize this endeavor. The more Level 75
Main Characters we have, the better prepared we are to tackle tougher
encounters and zones in the game. This in-turn has the effect of allowing for
the growth of the guild in that you become better equipped and prepared for all
that lies ahead.

NOTE: These rules now replace all
previous incarnations of the charter/constitution in whole and are effective
immediately. All members are expected to do as you have always done, and that
is play with honor befitting the guild tag you wear.
